By completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on our website you signify your agreement and are bound by the Conditions as below:

Placing your order on with Accessories by Imogen via our website is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an e-mail from us notifying you that we have dispatched the goods.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or upon the identification of a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any order from you at any time and for any reason.

All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the Accessories by Imogen website are correct at the time of entry onto the system. All images and photos of our products are only representation of the products and may vary from the photograph. It is your responsibility to make all appropriate checks regarding your purchases by emailing Accessories by Imogen with your queries. All photography of products has been set out to present the products in the best way possible for your convenience.

Credit & Debit card holders will be subject to validation by the card issuer. If for any reason payment is not authorised for whatever reason, Accessories by Imogen have the right to refuse to complete the order request and will not be held responsible for any delays, damage or expense incurred as a result of this action.

All products remain the property of Accessories by Imogen until we have received full payment by you. If for any reason a refund is granted, legal ownership of all products will immediately revert to Accessories by Imogen.

Any special offers or incentives displayed on our website are at the discretion of Accessories by Imogen and are not transferable or redeemable against any other products or at any other time. Accessories by Imogen will not be responsible for any damages or expense incurred due to the use of the products purchased on this website. It is your responsibility to ensure our products are used in accordance to their manufacture and supply. Damage caused by the use of products purchased on this website, either of the owner or third party, will not be the responsibility of Accessories by Imogen.

All care should be taken before purchasing any goods to ensure no medical conditions exist that would result in any harm to you or other persons. Accessories by Imogen cannot be held responsible for any medical condition that may result from the use of its products. You are responsible to ensure you have no conditions that may occur as a result of using any of the products purchased from this site.

All deliveries will be made by the most appropriate method or by your choice during purchase, at the time of order. Accessories by Imogen will not be responsible for any delays to delivery by third parties. Any quoted delivery times either verbal or quoted are approximations. All endeavours will be made to deliver the goods, purchased by you, as quickly as possible. Accessories by Imogen cannot not be held responsible for any orders that are lost in transit to other countries, any international orders are done at your own risk, however, Accessories by Imogen will endeavour to send any goods in the safest manner possible, and any extra charges incurred as a result will become chargeable. You will be notified of any additional charges before sending and for your approval. We use the services of the Royal Mail for our deliveries and under normal circumstances you can expect delivery within 1 to 3 days.

Once your products have been received, you will take full responsibility of the goods and any associated risk, damage or claim made as a result of their usage.

Upon receipt of the purchased products you must inspect the goods for damage, if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you must notify Accessories by Imogen immediately by e-mail, stating the damage or reason for dissatisfaction. If the goods need to be returned for whatever reason, all packaging immediately related to the product must be intact and unopened. Accessories by Imogen reserve the right to refuse refund if there is sufficient reason to believe the goods have been used. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings and any other products requiring piercing cannot be returned.

Customers in the EU are entitled to a statutory 7 day cooling off period. You may cancel your order by notifying Accessories by Imogen by e-mail within seven full working days from the date of delivery to you. Please note any returns/refunds will be subject to being unopened and unused. Your statutory rights are not affected. Accessories by Imogen will not refund the cost of postage and packing for returned goods.

Accessories by Imogen use Optimal Payments as our preferred payment method. We endeavour to supply you with the safest and most secure way to make payment as possible.
